Raised in Germany, with a mother who was a sports teacher and a father who was a scientist and university professor, I embarked on a career in nursing. My curiosity about sustainable practices led me to Italy, where I met Michele Pasquero. Since 1983, together with Michele and my children, we have built both a winery and a family. We work according to the principles of Bioergodynamics farming, which I would describe as both a lifestyle and a comprehensive philosophy. In this context, I can best express my values of curiosity, sustainability, and connectivity.

Born in a farmhouse and nurtured among the fields, my journey continued through the College in Alba and onto the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences in Turin, focusing on plant care and protection. As a teacher, I spent a lot of energy on educating young people, and in my "free time" I dedicated myself to working in the fields.
My love for nature embraces all its expressions, from cosmology to the plant's microbiome. I am fascinated by science and how its dimensions are connected, and - as Verlaine said - "de la Musique avant toute chose" (Music above all else).

Born in Germany, I studied Engineering at the Politecnico of Turin and Economics at in Paris. Starting right after graduation, I had the opportunity to join production, operations, and marketing roles in leading companies across different sectors - Dom Perignon, Krug, Ruinart, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Acqua di Parma, L’Oreal and BMW - In more than fifteen years in the wine and spirits and luxury sector, I focused on creating enjoyable products and shaped my viewpoint on unique experiences.
Staying true to my management style, I enjoy creating a collaborative and inclusive environment. My fundamental values are entrepreneurship, innovation, and generosity, which guide me in the enrichment of Hilberg’s savoir-faire and team.

I grew up in the Piedmontese mountains, between the Lanzo and the Chisone valleys. After my studies at the Naval Technical Institute in La Spezia, I experienced my first taste of the Hilberg Pasquero vineyards during a brief internship. My journey thereafter was filled with diverse experiences. During the winters, I worked on the ski slopes, and in the summers, I divided my time between sailing, catering, mountain refuges, and carpentry. Ultimately, it was my passion for wine and my connection with the Hilberg family that drew me back to the hills of Roero.
Now, as a part of the team, I take pride in being an employee, and also something more!

I was born in Satu Mare, Romania. At eighteen, I moved to Portugal with my husband and worked in catering. After our marriage, I relocated to Italy, where I immediately began an intense grape harvest season in Piedmont. From there, I tried various jobs all over Italy, and once my first child was born, I returned to the vineyard with Hilberg Pasquero.
While I was familiar with the world of viticulture, here I discovered everything else. At Hilberg, I've learned a lot, from selecting vine cuttings to bioergodynamic winemaking.
