The Bragat is an autochthonous vine from Piedmont, belonging to the Brachetti family. Widespread in the Roero (province of Cuneo), it was historically used as a table grape or for the production of dry, perfumed wines. Entered in the National Register of Vine Varieties in 2014, today it is vinified mainly as sparkling or sweet wine.
