Our days are divided between the vineyard, the cellar, and meeting wine enthusiasts… we are happy to make time to meet you too.
To ensure the best possible experience, we offer three different types of tastings.

Tasting fee deducted with purchase of at least one case per person.
The food pairings served with the tasting are not intended as an aperitif, but are meant to enhance your tasting experience.
Organization
We love melting pots! Small groups of Hilberg lover might be put together despite their language.

• Morning: 10:30
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 16:00
Dogs are welcome, but not allowed inside the cellar or tasting room. They can stay outdoors during the experience.
Children are welcome too! However, as we do not yet have a play area, we kindly ask parents to take care of their entertainment so everyone can fully enjoy the tasting.

We invite you to choose one of the tasting options and fill out the form so we can organize your tasting experience in our winery at its best.
