Roero is savage, full of woods and freshness, Val Martin is the name of the valley where the vineyard is located.
It is also home to a truffle field rich in biodiversity.
A graceful Nebbiolo shaped by light and time. Val Martin is born from vineyards gently caressed by the final glow of sunset. Hand-harvested at phenolic ripeness and delicately destemmed, the whole berries undergo a gentle fermentation with soft punch-downs in stainless steel or concrete. As fermentation nears its end, the wine is transferred to neutral wood, where it rests on its fine lees for several years. The result is a Nebbiolo with a refined bouquet—fruity, almost floral—where red berries meet silky tannins and a long, persistent finish. An elegant, contemplative red that speaks softly, yet lingers.
Moments: A Nebbiolo for the more refined evenings.
Classic: Fruit and violet invite elegant pairings with ethereal notes, greens, or white meats.
